How to find People in One Drive Photos App

I have had to transfer my photos from a Macbook to an Asus Windows 11 (not easy!). Having done so and organising all the photos into folders and sub folders, I want a People folder to be able to group people in the same way as I have been doing on the Macbook. I can't believe it's not possible to do this. Can someone please tell me how? I have Microsoft 365.
