How to find out the logs in outlook 2013 when users handling outlook not in a proper manner.

Dear Support,

I am using outlook 2013 as a POP account to download the emails.We hosted our email account in Google.

The issue is that when emails are downloading in outlook 2013,the users are clicking the emails at that time and the outlook starts spinning and shows the message as " Outlook not responding" .

My question is that i want to know how can we see the logs in outlook 2013 when users are not closing the outlook 2013 properly / clicking on the email at the time of downloading the outlook will start spinning.

How can we monitor the outlook logs when users are trying to do something in outlook.
