How to find my device microsoft account username/Bitlocker recovery lockout

Can Microsoft help retrieve my Microsoft account username based on my device recovery key ID? I am locked out of my device on the bitlocker recovery page. My device does not show under my Microsoft account. Requesting human assistance from Microsoft.
