How to find bitlocker recovery key if device is not showing?

My laptop has been facing issues recently. It’s a Lenovo ideapad 3 and I have been using it for over 3 years. When I turn on my laptop it shows the Lenovo loading screen then goes blueish blank until forever, sometimes it says “it looks like windows didn’t load correctly” so I tried going to advanced options and turn on safe mode but it didn’t let me and asked me to type my bitlocker recovery key first, I couldn’t find the key of that specific device from the Microsoft website in my account, without the recovery key I can’t do anything.
