How to Extract & Export 2007 OST file to Outlook 2016 & office 365?

On offline mode in Windows Operating Systems, I want to extract My Old mailbox from OST file 2007 in Outlook, how to convert Exchange OST file to Microsoft Outlook PST file. I am currently working with Outlook 2016 as well as office365. Please suggest the best solution that exports my off-line mailbox data into Personal folder MS Outlook and office365.
