how to enable windows re status without unlocking the pc? (forgot the password)

I am locked out of my pc i dont know the password so i tried resetting it but there was just 2 option showing STARTUP SETTING AND UEFI FIRMWARE SETTING IN WINDOWS RECOVERYafter searching a while i got to know i have to enable windows re status and for that i have to unlock my pc first is there any other way to reset the pc or enabling re status without knowing the password please help ULTIMATE AIM IS TO UNLOCK (EITHER RESETTING OR ANY HARD WAY)
