How to enable the two options that are grayed out in compatibility in windows 11?

Asus Display widget was working fine until i needed to update the monitor firmware and software. I was able to update firmware with no issues but reloading new version of widget did not detect the monitor. So in my infinite wisdom I ran troubleshooting thinking it was a compatibility issue. now everytime i open the widget it opens in 640x480 resolution rather than the 3840x2160. Unfortunately, I am unable to reverse my mistake. Please help
