how to enable sound that permanently muted?

After i left my earphones connected to my spotify overnight ( which i dont know what happened ) and when i woke up, somehow i couldnt enable the sound to turn on. i thought it was muted so when i pressed the mute button, it didnt change anything. i tried restarting it but nothing worked. its permanently muted guys ! how can i fix this?
