How to enable Local Security Authority (LSA) Protection in Windows 11

I am seeing the following warnings in Device Security: Local Security Authority (LSA) Protection is off. Both the Secured-core PC and Core Isolation have yellow icons. The Local Security Authority (LSA) Protection is missing from the Core Isolation dialog box. I followed the steps (Using the Local Group Policy Editor) described here: How to Turn on Local Security Authority Protection in Windows 11 (thewindowsclub.com). This created the registry entries but did not allow me to turn on LSA. What else do I need to do?
