How to enable Fingerprint recognition for windows hello

I'm not using a domain server, just my personal laptopI even reset my laptop to try to fix the issue but still the same issueI uninstalled the fingerprint sensor device in device manager and reinstalled itit seems some file configuration may be missing in registry editor Also for every new session of windows I can`t access GPO unless i install it via cmd
