How to download and update 2025-01 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5050577)

This is what won't download and update. 2025-01 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5050577). It says there is an error. I have tried to reinstall windows and it still wont update. Please help this not computer savvy person. Much thanks.
