Hi! I’m trying to download Adobe Creative Cloud and have run into some issues. It will get to about 20% downloaded then 3 different system error messages will come up. Number 1: MSVCP140.dllNumber 2: VCRUNTIME140_1.dllNumber 3: VCRUNTIME140.dll With the first one I downloaded Visual C++ X86 and X64. A couple people said that would fix the first one. However, the system error messages are still coming up. Not sure what to do now! Do I factory reset the laptop, it’s an HP laptop 14. I appreciate any solutions/ideas!Thank you.
