How to do I fix this issue?

[Windows 11]

I am not able to move my windows between my monitors, I can't use my windows bar, my alt-tab isnt working, i cant right click anything. when i tried windows+R it wont stay on the screen. This happened after the recent update. 2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 version 24H2 for c64-based Systems (KB5050009).
