How to disconnect another computer from home network

I can't seem to find a good answer to this; maybe I am not using good search terms.I have two laptops at home. Both are connected to the modem/router by ethernet. On Laptop A, I can see a Laptop B icon under Network at the bottom of the Navigation Pane in any folder. When working on Laptop A, I can connect to Laptop B and see (on Laptop A), folders and files from Laptop B by double-clicking on the Laptop B icon and entering the appropriate credentials.But if I want to break the connection with Laptop B, how do I do it? There is no "Disconnect" item in the right-click menu on the Laptop B i
