How to disable windows 11 print screen collate option

Hi I recently upgraded a user from windows 10 pro to windows 11 pro. The accounting program this user uses is called Business Vision. Business Vision uses a feature when printing to Print to Screen which uses Windows print screen feature and here is the issue. A collate option is auto selected when the user tries to print but this freezes the Business Vision program. I cannot go to the control panel and remove this setting directly from the printer preferences as this is specific to windows print screen.
