How to disable the media controls on the lock screen in windows 10

How do I disable the media controls in the lock screen in Windows 10? I have a bunch of different media players and browsers, there has to be a global setting for this. I have kids around, and when my PC is locked I don't want them shuffling through my stuff. A lot of it is not for kids (violence, profanity, sexual content). I have audio books, explicit songs, and more. Sometimes the controls stay up even if I close all the media before I lock the computer. Why would "Locking" my computer allow access to my media libraries at all? That's not a lock, or even restricted access at all!
