how to disable the install-on-demand prompt for photostage

[Windows Server]

title is self explanatory. every time i try to open a image from file explorer, it displays a prompt telling me to install photostage and that it it required to simply open a photo. i do not want to install or use photostage and i just want to view photos using the default photos app. i cant find anything online about this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
