how to disable that weird terminal to open

hello guys. i have windows 11 and i installed linux mint with dual boot. then, i uninstalled it but everytime i turn on my PC, it will open a non-graphical terminal and then i have to enter "exit" to boot the windows. what should i do? (sorry for grammer)
