How to disable pin by using comand propt in recovery mode?

Hi. I tried to do a clean boot but after i restarted it and went to put my pin for the laptop, it said that something is worng and my pin is unavailable(tough i remember checking the not windows related thing) and that i should set up the pin but i need an app for that and i cant open microsoft store for it. I tried to do a system restore but no working option available. I dont want any files or apps gone. How could i use command prompt to remove the pin thing?
