How to disable function keys on Apple magic keyboard (A1644) plugged into a Lenovo laptop?

Hi!I just started using my Apple magic keyboard today with my windows laptop and have found that the function keys do not do what is displayed on them (volume control, brightness control etc.). I have tried Fn+esc, Fn+Caps Lock, Fn+tab and I'm not really sure what else to try.Let me know if I can provide more details to help fix this!
