How to disable Android Phone connecting to my Windows 10 Home via USB?

hello, a PC in my workplace is using Win 10 home and i need to disable the USB connectivity just like all PCs here, the problem is while I can disable other USB devices like flashdisk and such from usbstor method in regedit and enabling removable disk and WPD devices in gpedit.msc, when I try to connect Android phone it can still read in the PC with win 10 homeWhen i try it with other PC with Win10 Pro, it can block android phone just fine with the same method, I tried googling how to block android phone (other USB already disabled) in win10, but still haven't found solution other than regedit
