How to disable a virtual drive

I have downloaded a windows 10 iso file from microsoft.when i double clicked it it opened in Power2Go Cyberlink ISO viewerafter mounting it i then tried to remove the drivermb eject did not workso i then double clicked the iso file but am stuck in a loop of trying to enable the drivedisable the drive is always greyed out.how do i disable it(see attached)
