How to dictate Documents handsfree Dear Windows Forum, I have Windows 7, notepad, wordpad, and LibreOffice 5.4 document programs, and a built-in webcam and mikcrophone on my HP laptop. How can I use one of the document programs, and the microphone to dictate Documents handsfree? I have arthritis in my fingers, and it is becoming harder and harder to type documents. I know that a person can dictate to a cellphone, and to an Ipad. Can the same be done on a laptop? ***moved from Microsoft 365 and Office / Subscription, account, billing / For business / Exchange Online management***
