How to develop virtual printer in the upcoming win10x

I understand that Microsoft is about to release win10x,

but they don't support third-party driven virtual printers anymore.

Now what technology do I use to develop a virtual printer that runs in win10x？

V4 printer driver or Microsoft UniversalPrinter Driver ？
