How to detect other display?

[Microsoft Windows]

I'm currently using HDMI splitter and both screen are working fine but for to detect them it don't seem to find another display. I have tired multiple options windows+ P selected different options when selected different options it returns to PC screen only option. Device manager change to basic display back to my current Display (NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4060) and nothing has solved the issue? Any suggestions Tia
