how to delete iphone 14 from hp computer

Hi, I am struggling with resetting and deleting iphone 14 from HP Desktop All in one. I downloaded itunes, connected it with a usb to my compuer and the iphone 14. It pops up for a second, then, it goes away. I want to ultimately factory reset the phone, and delete it from device manager bc I have new iphone. I have been trying to do this since 1pm est, Georgia. Thank you in advance for any help.CeCeGeorgia
