How to deactivate a non-oem version of Windows 10 on Non-working PC

Hello,I've got a new computer last year and both of my PCs were working. However, the 2nd one (older) is no longer working and I don't want to try and toruble shoot the cause as I won't be using it at all.The older PC, has a non-oem windows 10 installed (I think Professional). I'd like to deactivate it and use the key for another computer maybe even upgrade it to Windows 11 Pro but that I haven't decided yet.The key should be registered on my Microsoft Account if I recall correctly. Along with my current Windows 11 Home.So, am I able to deactivate it and store it on my Microsoft account so
