M friend has had a live.co.uk email account for a long while.
It was set up by her husband who is now serving in the forces overseas.
Suddenly she couldn't access her emails using her password.
Somehow she ehe ended up creating a new password - but this does not work.
Neither the old or new passwords work.
So she still cannot access her emails.
She cannot create a new password - as this can only be sent to her as a text message to her phone.
Unfortunately her phone number has changed since the account was created, and is not registered on the account.
Because the account was originally set up by her husband - she is not certain what the correct answers are to the security questions.
She can't ask her husband because the only communication with him is via email - which she can't access!
Tried phoning Microsoft support but they couldn't help with any live.co.uk questions.
Anyone got any suggestions?
