How to convert from RAW file system format to NTFS

[Windows 10]

I have recently reinstalled Windows and wanted to use my SSD. I formatted it a few times to try and get it to work but it converted to RAW format...I tried formatting and shrinking it on Disk Management but it didn't workI tried formatting it on File explorer but it didn't work...I tried every command on CMD but non of them worked...All of the above three ended up with: The device specified does not existNext I tried using third party services but the D: drive (RAW drive) doesn't show up/ shows up as 0KBI tried watching as many tutorials as I could but non of them workedI looked at the reviews
