How to convert a German Windows, German keyboard to an English Windows with Danish keyboard

I recently purchased a 2. hand Lenovo ThinkPad T590 from Germany with a German Windows 10 Pro and German keyboard installed.I tried to change language to English and the keyboard layout to Danish. At first everything looked fine, but it shows up that there are a lot of German language left in Windows, so the conversion is not fully done.I tried to install a en-us Windows on top, but it reverted to German Windows.When I look at your Windows 10 or 11 image download site, I can read that I must choose the same original language, which again is German.So is it possible to fully convert a PC from G
