How to completely remover all the data related to an account

Good day! Recently, I had to login as the inbuilt Administrator account to delete a folder (had permission issues). I used the Command Prompt with "net user administrator /active:yes" command to enable this account, logged in, did my business, then switched back to my own account to do the cleanup...I did the "net user administrator /active:no" to deactivate the Administrator accountDeleted the "C:\Users\Administrator" folderDeleted the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList" Administrator account entryUsed the "Disk Cleaunp" Windows utilityBut the thing i
