How to completely free my Facebook account from autheticator's app even after I had it removed?

Hi, I have removed my Facebook account from my authenticator app so I no longer have to put in codes every time I sign in but even after I clicked on remove, facebook still asks me for the code and now I'm locked out. Is there a way to free my facebook account from the authenticator's app without needing to log in on facebook?
