How to completely disable Transparency Effects on windows 11?

As the question implies, I have trouble while trying to fully disable transparency effects in windows 11. The keyword here is FULLY disable. A quick search easilly showed a few different ways to toggle on/off the transparency effects (through Personalization Settings, Through Accessibility Settings or with Registry editing). They all seem to be simply different paths to acces the same feature, so please, dont just copy/paste those solutions.
