How to completely delete "Windows Update Cleanup" file for windows 11?

Just a few days ago (1/1/2025) I installed the latest windows 11 and I noticed that I cannot completely delete the "Windows Update Cleanup" file in the System>Storage>Temporary files option. I have tried every trick I found on the internet. I even cleared the Windows/SoftwareDistribution folder manually as suggested by many online. I believe this is a bug in the latest windows 11.
