how to completely delete an OS's bootloader on a computer after deleting the OS

I have windows 11 and created a new partition, then I installed Linux Mint on that partition. then i uninstalled Linux Mint and deleted its partition. but still there's an Ubuntu boot option in the boot options. how to delete it completely?
