How to complete reset user profile from previous Microsoft account settings

Hello I'm on Windows 11 latest updates and I have trouble signing in to my Microsoft account for ANY app (Edge/Store/Xbox/...)This is the error I get every single time on login: Oops, something went wrong Due to an unexpected error, we can't sign this account in to your other apps.
