How to clear/cleanup & delete D drive partition

So I am near the max space on C Drive. I have C, D and E. With a lot of space on D and E. I wanted to move all my apps and games to E drive so I could delete D drive and extend C drive partition.I have C drive: 4.49GB free of 149 BG; D Drive: 313GB free of 312 GB; E Drive: 232 GB free of 390 GB.Now I looked into the D drive folder and there was nothing in there anymore, however it still has a 7 GB taken away from it.
