How to clean apps that doesn't exist

My second SSD died after my battery was fully uncharged. So right now I have hundreds of apps in Apps & Features.I cannot install the new ones and cannot remove the old, ones because disk F is not available. Also, If I change the new disk to the letter F, it cannot find uninstal.exe files for each app.I need to clean up the system from non-existent apps to be able to install new ones. How can I resolve this issue?
