How to chat with or speak with live Microsoft agent for support with my yearly subscription and renewal - Nothing works to get help in for 14 days now

I have a yearly partnership/software renewal with Microsoft that did not auto renew. We have been partners since 1993.I have a 30 day window to get help, renew etc.Nothing works on the site related to my partnership renewal, although during the 30 days I can at least log on.Every thing you have posted to contact you by phone, website produces a chat bot, an error I cannot continue or a dead end instruction or a dead link.I am trying to start here.Perhaps others in the future will find this question.I need to talk with a live Microsoft person who can reliably route me to a human being who can o
