How to change translucent selection box for desktop icons from square to circle

I want to be able to change the highlight box around the desktop icons to be circle instead of a square/rectangle box. I am intending to navigate the desktop using the arrow keys(d-pad with my controller) to make a more console, ps vita-like experience. Thanks
