how to change the line-up of partitions

Greetings to you all.Today i decided to upgrade to windows 11. The problem that brought me here is that secure boot must be enabled in order to do so. I have found out how to do it through Asrock FAQ but in the end windows aren't booting and i'm being thrown into BIOS. That seems to be because of the drive being MBR instead og GPT.
