How to change the e-mail lised in the section for settings

gear icon (settings) > upper far left corner under the arrow with the word settings to its right is a person icon and to its right the icon is a name with email; how do I change this e-mail? Accounts > accounts used by other apps > there are three emails with Microsoft account underneath each; however, none are administrator.
