How to change email of Window 11 Admin Account

Recently, I realized that my current Admin Account is associated with one of my old Microsoft Email which I no longer use. How can I change the email of my admin? I have checked Control Panel which doesn't have the option to change my emailSome note:- I only have 1 admin account on my computer with no other Standard account- The current admin account is Local admin account

tried changing to standard in control panel there it said 'this is only admin account hence you can't make it standard'.
