How to Change Delivery Address?

I recently purchased a Surface Go and submitted a delivery address that only accepts USPS. The laptop is being shipped by FEDEX and I need to change the address. Order number 9779223882. I have tried calling Microsoft support MULTIPLE TIMES with NO HELP. I have been hung up on twice, and nobody seems to want to help me.
