How to chang the maximum attachment size in Outlook 2016

But I could not find how to save it I believe that it saves automatically when you exit regedit is that correct?
Setup Max size of Attachments in Outlook 2016
I opened regedit and negotiated to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences\MaximumAttachmentSize and I found this information
Default REG_SZ value not set
REG_DWORD 0x00102400 (1057792) This is supposed to be value for REG_DWORD 32bit decimal
But I could not find how to save it I believe that it saves automatically when you exit regedit is that correct?
But this does not work, what have I done wrong?
