How to bypass “Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device”?

I’ve been having WiFi connection issues for the last 2 years with my PC where I can connect to the WiFi but it says there’s no internet connection and I can’t login to certain things, Microsoft stuff included, and today I decided to try updating my BIOS, but when I did that and restarted my PC, it displayed that pin error, however, since I’m unable to fully connect to WiFi, it won’t let me change my pin, and it won’t let me log in without doing the pin. Is there any way to bypass it or am I screwed and have to completely reset my PC?
