How to bring back MsMpEng i deleted it using IObit Unlocker

[Windows 10]

Antimalware Executable was using so much CPU in my computer that i had to temporarily delete it. I assumed I can bring it back easily or it goes back on its own, but no matter what I did it is never coming back and my Windows Defender Virus & Threat Protection is disabled. i was asking maybe a way or a solution to this problem.
