How to boot between two Windows 11 drives with separate timezones?

Hello! I have two different Windows 11 installations running on two different drives on my system. One is for work, which should be set to CST. The other is for personal use, which is set to PST. However, when I switch between the two systems using the dual boot menu, the timezone often gets inherited from the previous settings.To clarify, here's an example.Today I logged into my work drive. My timezone was set to CST.I restarted the computer and choose my personal drive.Although I had previously set the timezone on my personal account to PST, it changed to CST.
