How to block emails sent "on behalf" of someone?

I'm getting multiple spam email every day. I've tried blocking the mails, but they always have more emails, always sending on behalf of a legitimate email. I can't provide an image, because apparently my account isn't verified yet. But the email header would look like this:

noreply <komplett@komplett.no> on behalf of Mr. Bet <newsletter@todoestetica.asia>

I would rather not block komplett@komplett.no, as they are a legitimate copmpany, and I get legit emails from them all the time. I've searched everywhere for answers, but found nothing. Thanks
