How to be able to receive Windows 11 free upgrade after I refuse it many times and choose to stay in Windows 10?

Hello, I need some advice on how to get free upgrade on Windows 11.I used to receive offer to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11 but at that moment I was not interested to do the upgrade then I refused and stayed on Windows 10. I don't remember specifically what action I did (what button I selected when the offer came) when I refused to upgrade, but this affected to my windows update for not getting the offer anymore. Now I regret and at this moment I am started to think to upgrade my device to Windows 11.
